Long-time lurker comes out

Hey, everyone. I'm the best lurker in the world! Have been reading off and on for a few years (as my raw food intake comes and goes - Ha!). Anyway, I knew a few months ago my job was going away and that it was time for a life change. I re-committed to raw, and am going to Alissa's May class. As there was quite a bit of stress relatd to the job ending in April, I wasn't completely raw until it was finally ended. However, the last few weeks I've done it (except for a cup of coffee one morning and giving in to popping about three cups of popcorn one afternoon). I even did my first green smoothie, and have fallen in love with them. I'll be posting more in the next few days to try and catch up with everyone. Glad to FINALLY join the crowd. I think that if you want to stay raw you should post! :p :D seriously! I find myself sticking to 100% raw now that I belong to the boards and post. The support is so well needed and helps so much to keep myself raw.

Hey SeekFirst- I will delurk with you. This is my 2nd post ever :)
I have been here only a few weeks but am addicted to this board...LOL! I learn SOOOOOOOOOOO much here.

I had the misfortune of having received a defective Excaliber dehydrator 2 days ago. Am waiting for the seller to reassure me THEY will pay the return shipping cost. I bought it on Amazon. What a bummer. :(

I went ahead and ordered a Champion Juicer today. I think I will get a LOT more use out of that than a dehydrator. I dont think I will be buying another Excaliber. It really put me off that it has such an annoying design flaw. All fan- no heat. Sheeesh. They tell you to bang on the back while turing the knob to get the heat to work. WHAT???????? :eek:
