Teehee!!!!!!!!!!!! I have noticed that she likes the spinach sauce I make for her, for her sandwiches and wraps. Also the enchilada sauce! Since she doesn't like to eat nuts or seeds, I just add seeds or nuts into these herb sauces or tomato sauce. I been worrying so much about her and her fat intake. Also I worry so much about her not eating enough greens, she rather eats fruits. But I have nailed it with the spinach sauce and today she ate a nice sprouted sandwich of spinach sauce w/ mashed avocados and she didn't even blink and ate it all. I can believe it, my daughter is coming around....

That's great!!! Will she drink green juice or green smoothies if you add fruit to them? That might be another way to get the greens in.

THAT"S a big problem! :( I try today to get her to drink a smoothie but she won't do it. She rather get Kefir, she won't drink the ones I make even if they are only fruit. Today I tried to get her to drink only a banana smoothie, I even asked her to help me out. When I gave it to her, she says: "No mami that's for YOU!" aurgh!!!!!!!!! lol and how funny because she loves banana. I was thinking, maybe if I just incorporate greens later in her smoothie... but NOPE, she is just reluctant! :( The only green she will eat is the spinach sauce. She won't eat salads either. Last night I got her to eat a wrap with some spinach sauce then I put in there some avocado and lettuce, she barely noticed it, but was barely chugging them down. oh well... baby steps...
thanks so much Brianna! :)

Well, the spinach sauce is a good start! Maybe you could incorperate other greens into the spinach sauce, like make it with 3/4 spinach and 1/4 of another green like kale or collards, or bok choy or Swiss chard. That way, she could get some more variety. Also, sunflower sprouts are yummy and a lot of kids like them, even picky kids.
