Chocolate Banana Pudding

I just made this up with what I had around the house and it turned out GREAT!

Chocolate Banana Pudding
1 Avocado
1 Banana
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
4 soaked dates
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of salt

Blend in Vitamix on Low and it whips! It's awesome. Even my 2 year old had a bowl.

I put the rest in the fridge for later...

I made a double batch since I knew my wife would love this .. but I have already eaten the first HALF, and have snuck a bit from the second half! Oh MY!

It tastes like chocolate pudding mixed with chocolate cake batter ... drool drool. ;)

Thanks for the recipe! It is absolutely YUM!

(The only change I made was to add a little bit more sea salt. Oh, and I had to add some honey .. I'm still new to raw, and it seemed too chocolaty and not enough sweet-y.)
