I was wondering what people's daily food intake looks like. I have a tendency to over eat, and just wanted to measure what I eat off others.

I'll start. From yesterday.

Breakfast:
Fruit Salad with 1 apple, 1 orange, and some watermelon with "yogurt" (frozen banana, frozen mango, and coconut milk blended)

Snack:
8 Lynchee (it's a tropical fruit) and 1/2 unripe mango (yes, you can eat green mangos!)

Lunch:
Green Smoothie (frozen banana, frozen mango, bunch of spinach, and water)

Snack:
Orange

Dinner:
Green bean salad.

*** That was my first "green smoothie" and I must say I will make a habit out of them. The greens hardly affected the taste at all. Just like my old smoothies only with a cool new color!

ever since i broke my master cleanse fast earlier this week, i've been eating like a madwoman!!

breakfast:

smoothie w/ strawberry, banana, orange, and coconut water

snack (this actually turned out to be my lunch since i didn't have time to make lunch):

some figs
1 apple, 1 orange

dinner:

spanish rice (from alissa's book), using ground cauliflower instead of barley... SOOOOOO gooood!!! I ate about half of it (and there was A LOT!)

dessert:

some Chocolate Cream Pie (someone posted the recipe in the recipe forum). I ended up eating like half of it-- it was sooo good and addicting!

so yeah, I'm feeling like a pig :p

I am still working on my breakfast smoothie this morning. Strawberries and bananas, hmmm, pretty good this morning. Today I packed my lunch to take to work with me. Romaine lettuce, avocado, sea salt, tomatoe pepper dressing, grapes, mango, and hmmm.....I think thats it.

Hey Missy :D

Yeah, I can add on two helpings of banana "ice cream" to that day!

But let me tell you that bean salad was amazing.

I'll call it the Asian Green Bean Salad.
2 cups of long bean (is that called green bean in english, i'm not sure the translation)
1 medium size red onion
1 cup of shredded carrots
3 peppers diced (seeds and all, i love my spice)
juice from 1-2 limes
olive oil to taste
sea salt
i added a little balsamic (i'm sure it's not raw, but i live in the sticks, so i'll do my best)
Top it off with some seasame seeds.

YUMMY!

Started with banana, pinapple, oj smoothie, later banana w/ half avo w/ hym. sea salt, later pear, orange and another banana w/ a few brazil nuts, later again two bananas mixed with honey and olive oil and a hand full of rasins and dried pineapple. That was yesterday. It's still morning here and I haven't got started with today.

So far today:

A bunch of grapes.

A big bowl of Banana Butter Pecan ice cream.

It's 2pm and I'm totally STUFFED. Raw food is totally satisfying. I'll probably have a big ol' salad for dinner. Craving cukes today.

It doesn't sound to me like you are overeating.

I eat a lot, I guess it is because I breastfeed, breastfeeding women burn up to 500 calories per day so it is like riding a bike for a whole hour. The I just started to workout (boxing classes) that adds up like another 500 calories to burn a day. I have to add as much calories as I can in order to produce milk for my baby so................

Here is a typical (or so) day:

Morning:
Green Smoothie: Young Coconut (water and meat), 2 bananas, bunch of greens (kale, spinach & mixed greens), almond milk
Snack: Flax Crackers and watermelon

Lunch:
Salad Wrap with Enchilada Sauce and a cup of fruit smoothie
Snack: Fruits like mango, tangerine

Dinner:
Salad with Spinach Sauce and essene bread
Snack: flax crackers and a no bean hummus

If I work out that day I have another meal, a small one like a salad.

It's the end of the day here. And boy is it dangerous checking this website at night. I just want to eat and eat.

But today's enjoyment:

B: green smoothie
S: sunflower seeds and potato slices
L: A big ole salad
S: lynchee and mango
D: green onion patties, pomelo and jackfruit

I want to eat some more jackfruit, but will wait till morning. It's just so tempting!!!

Tell me about it! I SOOOOO miss breastfeeding. I ate so much when I was nursing and didn't even have to try to be skinny - I was a little stick! That tubby boy ate me up! LOL! People we're always shocked at how much I ate because I'm pretty small.

Today:
Some more Banana Butter Pecan ice cream
An avo
Right now I'm chowing on a bunch of almonds
I'll be hitting the pineapple next and probably going for more cukes and some bell peppers for dinner.
