I know that you can get skinnier on raw that most diets. Is there a way to guess what size you can get down to? Is there an average weight or size?

Background info - I am 5' 4.5" and the smallest size I've been as an adult (early 20s) was an 8.

it all depends on your bone structure, but what ever you smallest adult size was, I am sure you will get there or smaller.

People seem to get pretty thin, then gain back muscle to an appropriate size.

I only know of one or two long term raw foodisths who could lose a few pounds, most others look thin.

Everybodies bodies are different, unlike other diets the raw lifestyle will help you to acheive a natural weight and size that is good for your body. It may not be what the typical persons views as skinny. This is the healthiest and most effective way to lose unwanted fat.

no..no way to guess, every body is differt and every clothes Manufacter's size chart is different too. After all size does not matter anyway ..unless you wear the tag so eveyone can see it... :p

For most women I know...

A dress size can be anywhere from 10-15lbs. pounds dependin on height and stature.
So for your height maybe with every 10lbs. of wanted or needed weight loss you might go do a dress size.

Do the math and see where that gets you.

For my height 15lbs changes both a dress and pants size for me.

Again it all depends on your build and here you loose it first.

Good Luck

I was told that you will actually become a little underweight and then without changing your eating habits you will gain back a little to where your body finds the appropriate weight for you. I have a goal weight in mind but think my body may decide to be a bit less than that. I guess time will tell :)

I went from 10 to 4-6(or XS to S) depending on brand, but at my good adult weight jeans used to be 8, so you probably will get to 4. Just my guess. meanwhile just buy in between sizes in garage sales -they saved me from wearing hanging pants...
