Thank you. Well, as much as I hate to admit it, I haven't been exercising...haven't in a while. But I USED to work out and even lift a little bit...so I guess it's just raw and remnants of when I used to exercise! :p

Don't bother reading my journal...it's incomplete with only a few entries. I get on the journalling bandwagon and then I get tired of documenting.

But thank you again for the compliment!

Lifeagift, no, the kiddos aren't all raw. I try to make sure they eat MOSTLY raw but when out and about, they eat "other stuff" and I also allow for "some" cooked items but try to make them the healthiest choices possible.

They've come a loooong way with their eating though, so while they're not eating all raw, they are eating way better than they ever have.

Funny thing, my littlest one (3 years old) oftentimes will turn down cooked food for something raw. He'll ASK for something cooked that he sees the other kids eating, take a little nibble and then say he doesn't want it and ask me for some fruit or a smoothie or something! He's definitely my 'rawest' kid! :D I only wish I could have started all of this when the eldest children were younger!

Not sure how many inches...but about 40 (give or take a few) pounds difference and size went from 12'ish to a 6.

I've been into raw foods for little over 2 years now (not ALL raw, though).

Oh yeah, I DO dehydrate! I don't do it often but when the feelin' hits me, I make up some stuff!
