What amazed me is the 'volume' that they prepare (TWO CHAMPIONS GOING ON) and the amount of food that looks sossosoooooooooo goooooood! REMINDS ME OF MY TEENAGE BOYS! and they ate and ate and ate!

I made the Walnut Like Beef and kept on adding more seasonings, and added clove of garlic and a little grated onion and we had Tacos was 'delicious'

The recepie for Enchilada Sauce sounds so good. That's next for my experiment.
