Looking back through some old things I printed off I found a thread(not sure this is the correct word) that I printed out to use that you had written about things you prepare ahead of time. By the way sorry I do not know where this originally came to play on the forum so I can not reference that.

Anyway you mention that you make things like pesto stuffed mushrooms, pizza wraps, burgers, onion bread, enchiladas, truffles and raviolies to have on hand in the freezer.

I was wondering how long you need to allow for thawing. Also, if you don't eat all you thaw we the last in the fridge for a day or is it a one shot deal.

I don't thaw anything, I take out what I want for dinner, and pop it into the dehydrator to warm up and it thaws in the process.

with the rawviolies, I keep the marinara in the freidge, then top the frozen rawviolies with the sauce, that isn't frozen.

do you warm it at 105 degrees?? or can you warm it at a higher temp because its frozen?? and how long do most meals take to defrost in the dehydrator?? thanks :)
