Hello all! I am new to this and wondering what a good salad dressing (all natural of course) that actually tastes good. I grew up on Ranch, thousand island, french, etc. So It is hard to acquire a taste fo other things. Also, I am on day 9 of a 10 day water fast and I am looking forward to that first salad! Has anyone ever fasted like this before and was it easy to stay Raw afterwards? Thanks

Ranch Dressing - by Jacki Graff from the Country Barbeque Recipes booklet (http://www.rawfoodinfo.com/catalog/books_graffseriesmain.html)
2 lemons, juiced
1 c. macadamia nuts, soaked 8 hours and drained
3 cloves garlic
1/4 sweet onion
4 stalks celery
2 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 TBS dill (fresh is suggested, but use what you have)
1 tsp. thyme (fresh is suggested, but use what you have)
1 c. Rejuvelac or filtered water
1 medjool date, pitted
1/2 c. olive oil (extra virgin is suggested)
Blend all ingredients EXCEPT olive oil in blender and blend well. Slowly add olive oil to blender as it's blending to a creamy consistency.
NOTE: I made this and it's VERY good...very ranch-like! I didn't have black pepper so I used a dash of cayenne instead.
