Hey I just had to post, this is incredible
For the last two years I have had problems with my achilles tendon. It would hurt when I got up in the morning and when I walked or jogged it would hurt pretty bad. I would always try and stretch it out but nothing seemed to help. I have been raw for almost three weeks. I have been doing the green smoothies for about a week. The other day I did a nature walk that had so many stairs. I got home and realized that my heel didn't hurt. Just now I did 2 miles of a fast walk. I returned home and no pain. It is tight but no pain and that is amazing. It's little benefits like that, that help to inspire you to keep up with the journey.
