Hey everyone just wanted to check in. I have not been around for a while because of moving and settling in.

I am still 100% raw. Not sure of the actually time now We started on March 14th. So I guess almost 60 days. WOW it is hard to believe it has been that short a time.

I am still fighting with my allergies but, they are about 90% better. I still sneeze and get congested but, not needing any medication to get over it. So that is a very wonderful miracle.

My dry skin is still there but, it has improved enough that when I get out of the shower and get dressed I do not cry cause it hurts so bad. I also have pretty much stopped using lotion. The only time I notice it is when I look down and see a little dry skin on my legs once in a while.

Hubbys weight has stabilized at 135.6 which is really good for him. He is no longer losing weight or not being able to maintain it like on SAD without the help of supplements. He has also been extra physical which before his weight would just start dropping off now since he has been RAW it is simply maintaining. This is one of the greatest benefits for us. I would worry horrible over how to keep it us.

My weight is still falling though I hve went through about 2 weeks at the same weight. Ugh, If I was really close to being a normal weight I would understand but, I am still far above it. I went to the doctor though and when I started the doctors scale was 185 mine was 179 now doctor says 165 and mine says 161 I do not understand why they do not match and thye are not the sae distance apart.

My blood pressure and sugar have always been extremely low. However they have stabilized as well. My blood pressure has not dropped belown 90 over 60 in at least a month. Sugar I don't know about however, I know there is no dizziness and headaches which I would get before.

Sorry this is so long. I am just so excited that the few things we have are clearing up. I won't even go into the minor and major aches and pains. Satisfied to say they are gone.

RAW is awesome

I´m new here and just reading up on raw food. Your progress is really inspiring.
I just wanted to let you know how you compare the weight from your scale with that at your doctors office. They will not differ in the same nr of kilos or pounds every time but if you just divide one of the weights with the other you get a quota that describes how they differ. This quota will always be the same as long as both scales ar properly calibrated. Hope this helps ypu compare...
Hope your raw miracle continues.
