Toasted Carob

I purchased Lydia's Carob Hazelnut Bar from rawguru.com. The website stated that this bar was "all raw". In the list of ingredients, the websute stated "carob", so I expected it to be raw carob. When I got the bar delivered, the ingredients stated "toasted carob". Although I was dissappointed, I was even more angrier that I was deceived. Buyer Beware!!

Yep this will happen more than once in your journey. Also just because you goto a health food store - it does not garuntee you that you'll get 100% organic or raw or natural. You have to read the labels and also look up the companies and find out what they do to process their products. Waht chemicals they put in that are actual bad for you but cheap for them. This is a continual process because we live in a ever chanigng world :D

That's really disappointing. I hope since you got it on RAWguru.com, you've sent an email expressing your dissatisfaction! Honestly, there are few online sources I trust anymore, even NFL. I do trust Alissa's site though, her focus seems more on selling a few truly raw and truly beneficial products.
