I'm new to this thread - but I am loving reading all of the posts.
I have had eating disorder trouble in the past and still struggle with it. I found great clarity on previous MC and miss the freedom of it. I am hoping raw eating will help make this challenge easier as well.
I want to do the thirty day challenge starting tomorrow. I want to do this next week raw - Mother's Day I have eating obligation so I am hoping there will be raw options.
The day after mother's day I plan to start the MC. I did 4 days recently and felt too tired so quit. I am no longer going to be as busy so I should be able to handle it. I miss it!
Is anybody else planning on starting the MC on this date?
