Ok, I soaked and sprouted too many almonds for Alissa's Pizza Bread that I'm making tonight..

Can I dehydrate them and add them to my grawnola? What would you suggest?

Have any of you made the pizza bread? Is it one of those recipes that doesn't keep very long? I'd like to have it over the course of a few weeks by freezing what I don't use today....thoughts?

Thanks!

Heather

You can dehydrate them and just store them away in a ziploc or other container for future use for anything that calls for almonds be it granola, nut milk or even just for snacking!

As for the pizza bread, you definitely want to keep it refrigerated and then if after a couple of weeks you've still not eaten it, you can probably freeze it with no problem. I know Rawpriestess freezes stuff a lot and just "warms" it in the dehydrator later when she wants it.
