I made these the other night and they were really good. I brought these to work and one of my coworkers asked to take my remaining crackers home so her boyfriend could try them. She love them and wanted to see if he would enjoy them.

I appologize in advance for not having measurements as I just toss things in to taste when I cook.

Pulp (I had a mixture of celery, apple, carrot, and beet)
sundried tomatoes (soaked) about 5-6
Soak water from tomatoes
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 cloves garlic
1 cup or so of sunflower seeds (soaked)
1 cup or so of oat groats (soaked)

Blend all ingredients together until well blended (add soak water from tomatoes until well blended. Use the soak water to help the mixture move along in the blender and to get the right consistency.

Spread on solid dehydrator tray about 1/4 inch thick. Dry for 2 hours or so... remove solid sheet and place onto mesh sheet. Continue drying until desired crispness.

Thanks for the recipe veggiemom2. I'll have to try these. I juice alot and this would be a good way to use up the pulp. :D
