Hydroponic Tomatoes What are these?

What are hydroponic tomatoes? I am guessing not organic huh? They sell them at the farmers market so was just curious?

Hydroponic simply means that the tomatoes were grown without soil. They get their nutrients through some sort of nutrient solution in water rather than through soil and regular fertilizer. They may or may not be organic.
