Post your raw cookbook titles, level of difficulty, comments, etc.
-Juliano's. Requires alot of ingredients!! The uncook burgers are delicious though! The flax cracker recipe I tried didn't turn out too tasty :(
-Raw in 10 minutes. It seems pretty easy, but I have yet to try more recipes!
-Raw Food/Real World. It's a beautifully done cookbook. I cant wait to try it out.
-Hallelujah Acres. ( there's a blended green meal in there that Paul Nison recommends..)
& more I can't think of right now!!

Because I like to know as much as possible about any pursuit that I am involved in, I purchased quite a few raw books which were either well known in and of themselves (i.e. Raw Food, Real World) or because the author is prominent (starting with Alissa's book after I saw her on Today last summer). So here's what's in my Raw Food Library:
12 Steps to Raw Foods, Victoria Boutenko
Detox Delights, Shazzie***
Detox Your World, Shazzie
Eating without Heating, Boutenko Kids
Green for Life, Boutenko's***
Hooked on Raw, Rhio***
Igors Live Flat Bread, Igor Boutenko
Juice Lady's Guide***
Life Force Cookbook - Least Favorite
Living Cuisine, Renee U
Living on Life Food, Alissa Cohen***
Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine, Dr. Gabrielle Cousens
Raw Family, Boutenko's***
Raw Food Made Easy, Jenny Cornbleet***
Raw Food, Real World***
Raw Foods for Busy People, Jordan Maerin - Least Favorite
Raw Gourmet, Nomi Shannon***
Raw, Charlie Trotter & Roxanne Klein***
Raw, The Uncookbook, Juliano***
The Complete Book of Raw Food
The Garden Diet recipes ebook***
The Raw Food Gourmet, Gabrielle Chavez
The Raw Truth, Jeremy Saffron
***denotes favorite
Perhaps I shouldn't have bought so many because I haven't given most of them too much attention.
Oh well, live and learn...
BTW, The Green Lemonade recipe in the Raw Food Detox Diet is yummy! (I checked that book out from the library, as well as the China Study which I am currently reading.)

I have thought of listing all the raw books I have but you've all done a great job in your posts! I believe I have almost every book on the market now, I buy each one as it comes out.
I had a cookbook collection of over 300 books so I guess now I am trying to do that with uncook books!
As far as the ones I use on a consistent basis, Alissa's book is always out on the kitchen counter, and I pick and choose from the others. Detox Your World by Shazzie, Raw Food Made Easy by Jenny Cornbleet, and The Raw Food Detox Diet are probably the next 3 I use the most.
And The China Study is excellent!

Real Food, Raw World (I love the photos. Can't wait to try some)
Complete Book of Raw Food
Green for Life (just ordered so I don't have it yet)
It's small but growing.
