Okay Which is better of the two to use in a receipe:
Organic Frozen corn
Or non organic corn scraped off the cob.

Hey! I was wondering that too. I asked my mom and she said once the vegetables are frozen I guess they lose their nutrients? or something like that... So she's going to get me some fresh corn & fresh salsa so I can make some tortilla chips!!
Is that all you do for tortilla chips?
Food processor with fresh salsa& corn?
then spread on teflex sheets & dehydrate? temp? & how long?

That is all I do was mix the organic frozen sweet corn with raw organic salsa. I dehydrated at 110 for 9 hours and then lowered it some and continued to dehydrate for another 7-8 hours.
It is very good. Next time I will use corn off the cob or will let the frozen corn dethaw before mixing it though so it can mix easier.
