Garden of Life Food Bars

They're finally available. Has some good stuff in it, but it doesn't look like it's 100% raw. Wish they didn't use honey.

From the company: The bars are considered raw. No heat is used during manufacturing, the
bars are cold-processed.

I tried one raw packaged item a Lara bar, it was OKAY, not good, not bad, kind of blah, I make them sooooooooo much better, and waaaaaayyy less expensive.


I'm not a big fan of packaged items, maybe that will change, who knows.

If I was into making my own stuff, I definitely would as it's the healthiest way to go. Meanwhile packaged bars are definitely useful to carry with me. I try not to eat them too often though. Lara bars are pretty boring. I like Organic Food (Greens) bars & Think Organic-these are too addictive though.
