easy receipe for crispy tortillas

I am wanting to make taco's or flat tortillas which are crispy and make tostada's. does anyone have a simple receipe that does not require sprouting anything? I had read someone just uses frozen corn? How crispy do those come out?

I made some from a recipe on this blog, it was salsa (raw) and corn off the cob pureed. It was addicting! Mine ended up a tad chewy yet crisp too but I think I made them too thick....hope this helps!

that sounds yummy. Did you just mix the salsa with equal amount of corn?

Can't remember but if you check the link, then on the right lower side she lists recipe links & you can find her recipe that way! It was way yummy, so much so I had to be sure next time to make a 1/4 batch since I usually eat *gourmet* for special treats & those I couldn't stop thinking about until I ate them all! :p
