Birthday cake recipe?

Hello, does anyone have a good raw birthday cake recipe? My mom's birthday is coming up and I want to suprise her with something really good? Any idea's? :confused:

I made the strawberry/banana cream one. That one is SO GOOD and it was a big hit with my SAD family. I don't know much about the other ones, but they sound really yummy!

This is my favourite cake:

In a food processor finely grind together equal amounts of walnuts and dates (organic fresh medjool or organic dried - non organic taste completely different so don't use)
Place one layer of this on a plate. Top with a layer of sliced strawberries, banana and papaya. Add another layer of walnut/date. Add another layer of strawberry, banana, papaya. Add another layer of walnut/date.

Put cashew nuts (or other white nut), water, lemon juice, and a few fresh dates in a blender, and blend to a thick cream. Pour over the "cake".
Decorate with flowers or fruit.

that photo looks sooo Good.

My daughter wants a pink princess cake for her birthday in 2 weks so I am trying to work out how. Think I will make it with almond choc cake and use a bowl to shape like a ball gown then stick a barbie doll in it. I will then need to make pink ice cream so maybe cashews, dates and raspberries

- any other ideas?
