HI!! EVERYONE!!! This is from my journal today!! Wanted to share and get some feed back. Wanted to share in PERSONAL GROWTH because more than anything this is an eye opener for me. Even if there are no answers!! I think that is what "FAITH" is all about. Believeing without seeing!! That has been a hard on for me. I have definitely had a "Spiritual Awakening" TIA!!

I love that day 18 raw is Jan. 18th isn't that cool!! I know that will change when February comes but for now...........hehehehe its awesome. WELL you ask me what brings you to eating raw foods? Well I have an answer for you today!! BECAUSE something absolutely weird has happened to day and so I have to share and need some feedback IF ANYONE IS READING THIS .......hehehehehe.......okay I started searching raw foods because 6 months after son #5 was born I started my period and then a couple of months later I started have very intense hot flashes as I did with son #4. Doc said my hormones were out of wack blah blah blah......makes sense. So I had a period every two months about three times. THEN NO more periods and lots of hot flashes and night sweats. WELL I was 37 in a half at that time and I dealt with "my hormones changing for a year and half" and horrible modes, depression etc. Doc says, premenapousal ( my mom was 40 ). Mainly felt like I was stuck in pms. I was just waiting and waiting for my period to start. Thats what it felt like. Ya know how you get before that DAY you start and then when you start its like the whole world is lefted off you!! Well I started researching thats when I gave up meat and sugar and WOW did I start to feel better. The hot flashes were better they were fewer and far between. Then I started eating high raw and felt even better. BUT found myself bingeing more often when trying to eat all raw. SO here I am 18 days raw and feeling absolutely perfect...........so here is the kicker.............I have been exercising The Five Tibetan Rites. My stomach muscles have been sore. I felt two days ago like I was having slight cramps "like period cramps" I completely ignored the feeling. I thought to myself, WOW cool!! Because once you go through menapause you understand its like feeling like you are DEAD!! So then yesterday same feeling then today same feeling again a little bit. So I went to the bathroom and (sorry) was wiping and there was a tad of blood..........I said out loud, why the hell is my butt bleeding!" lol!! Did it again........and then it hit me OH MY DEAR GISH!!! I SPOTTED!!! What the heck does this mean!!! WHY did this happen.....even as I write I feel crampish and I have this permanent smile on my face and I am thinking MIRACLE here!! I am thinking power of raw foods........I am thinking this is the craziest thing in the world. I am thinking there is a GOD or something!! I have spent three and half years dealing with this waiting everyday for my period, waiting for that moment I would feel better. (though I knew it was OVER) When your hormones change it SUCKS something fierce!! WELL, all I can say is I BELIEVE in LIVING FOODS and this has definitely made a believer out of me. The POWER of something bigger than me. Its amazing. NATURE, GOD, whatever the heck. I have been stuck in a world, a box, spinning around, looking for answers. Until some type of "spiritual awakening" (if you will) hits..........its easy to stay stuck. I use to be a DEVOTE CHRISITIAN and I was HURT SO BAD BY what was suppose to be LOVE that I walked away from "THE POWER", "THE FORCE", "THE ONE", "THE FATHER", "THE MOTHER" whatever you want to call it. I know that there is something out there greater than I and it ain't ME!! THANKS FOR LISTENING AND THANKS FOR LETTING ME WRITE AND SPILL MY GUTS.
I don't know "why I spotted or am having somewhat period symptoms?" I know the power of raw foods is working in my body and I am sticking with it!! BECAUSE as Todd told me, "You will get great results at the end of your 30 days" I am beginning to think he is right!!!
My menu today: Breakfast 32 oz water
snack: few carrot cake cookies from Smasty, THANK YOU LOVE THEM) (yum, I like them crispy and hard the best)
Lunch: HUGO salad (see ingredients above) peacan flax crackers
Supper: carrot cake cookies (had class tonight (chemistry)) NO time for anything else.
WATER again.
Did some stretching and breathing in fresh air outside..........36 degrees and slightly melting outside from our horrible ice storm........gravel roads are still HORRIBLY slick!!
