Almonds

I bought a medium size container of almonds for about $5.00. It was one of those with the store name on it and when I opened it up it had all these little bite marks on them, like rats or mice are eating them. I'm sure you all have seen these before and eaten them before, but I'm wondering what do you know about these, and also those almonds you buy in the bulk bins that they have at stores have the same little marks.

Can you get dieseses from eating them if the animals that ate them are sick? And what type of almonds do you buy?

good Grief, I never saw little bite marks on almonds EEEEEEWWWWEEEE!!!!

I buy them at costco and they are 3 pounds for $15.00, twice what they were last year.

and deffinitely NO bite marks.
