turn out! I've made it 4 times....and now 3 times it didn't turn out right. I've wasted MORE coconut butter  I don't get it...the first time it was so great, now it just turns to a glop....and this last time, I thougtht it was going to turn out, and when I put it in the freezer, it actually seperated into "chocolate, and white coconut butter" ....like two seperate layers
What am I doing wrong. I was really craving chocolate, and I'm afraid of slipping.....

Could you post what specifically you're doing? Recipe, process, etc. That would help us troubleshoot this problem more easily.

Are you mixing it up in a bowl and placing the bowl in very warm, almost hot water to be sure it all mixes up well?!
Not sure which choco recipe you're using too

I am using the choco recipe that uses coconut oil...carob, honey, and vanilla. I melt the coconut oil in a bowl, in very warm water, and melt it until it's clear, then I add the carob and honey. I never use vanilla because I can't afford the SAD kind. It usually clumps together and gets grainy, and this time I kept it from getting grainy, and poured it into molds (little cute star candy molds) and put them into the freezer. About 15 minutes later I checked on them and they were white on the top, and chocolate on the bottom...totally seperated!! :( Thanks for the help.

well...I tasted it and although it wasn't as creamy as the first batch, it must not have TOTALLY seperated. It tasted slightly grainy, but still chocolatey (well at least its edible, and won't go to waste!) Any tips you can give me would be GREATLY appreciated!
