Ok, so now that I have been high raw for a few months...and I'm currently on my 30 day challenge...I realize something...I need more raw appliances. LOL I was reading about the slicer that makes firm veggies into a pasta texture. Wow! I really need to experiment more! :D
If you could chose one appliance from your kitchen that you just couldn't live without...what would it be????? What should I get first???

I have to go with ML, although I prefer the K-Tec - a high-powered blender has so many versatile applications. And ours gets at least 2-3 workouts a day. You can even use the high-powered blender for making "whole" fruit/veggie juice (if you want it thinner, you can strain it.) so you can get by without a juicer for awhile.

Thank you guys. You know...that was the first thing I wanted this morning...OJ. But I was thinking...not with my current appliance. I'd get a slushy orange smoothie. :p LOL
What do you all think of your dehydrators? Could you live without them...or have they become a staple appliance in your home?

Shel Shel dehydrators ar EXCELLENT for those that still want that gourmet prep of pizza, chips etc but as one progresses in raw, we find that our bodies crave more fresh and less dehydrated.

With the Vita-mix or the like (k-tec) you can make nutter butters, soups, smoothies, juices (straining pulp),

I would say if you like the recipes out there, if you can, the Vita mix and dehydrator (just make sure it has temp. control) you can get a decent dehydrator for $40. If I could do it all over, I would have bought a Vitamix first. :)
