I met Karyn last year at her place in Chicago. She looks AMAZING and is very inspirational indeed! I love her restaurant/health center, Karyn's Fresh Corner. Great food and great atmosphere. :)

I ate at her restaurant, Karyn's back in February. It was soooooo good. I didn't get to meet her, but the friend I was staying with's mother has studied with her for years. We went to the brunch buffet on a Sunday and it was just so incredible. HIGHLY recommended!

My wife and I have plans to visit Chicago this summer (only a 2.5-3 hr drive) to visit our friends and my wife's friend lives real close to her restaurant. We'll definitely be checking it out. :)

Hiya Amanda!

This has been a progression since October 2004 when I struggled to stay 100% (I was already a high raw --approx 80-90% vegetarian at that time)........buckled down with 100% RAW in January of 2006 I have reached a point that the SAD advertising and smells don't EERK me or make me go into that dream state of "wish I could just........" IF I smell the SAD stuff, it makes me feel like poisin instead--it doesn't smell clean even.

I froth at the mouth for a bowl of kiwi or my all time favorite FUJI APPLES :D

It is also inspiring that she is looking great, aging WELL, and not falling victim to the plastic surgery trap (aka easy route for some). She seems like a great person and SO giving which only adds to her beauty.

I visited her restaurant last summer when I went to Chicago and it is soooo good!!! I had the raw "sushi" roll made with almond pate (it was amazing) with coconut water. My mother had a smoothie and macademia and pine nut pasta (she LOVED it even though she is very much so SAD). Her menu was very good, though we were the only ones in the restaurant. I bought some of her prepackaged goodies to take with me on the car ride home and my dad ate most of the flax crackers...LOL. I HIGHLY recommend her restaurant. The service was also very good.

I have been to chicago, and did not have the opportunity to find this hidden treasure, next time i am in chicago, i will visit karyn's.

After seeing how beautiful and vibrant she looks, made me feel guily about my slips in my raw journey.

Back to raw i go for health and longevity.

maydolphin and i saw her at one of her informational meetings sometime during the winter...it was great...she convinced my sister(who went w/) that raw is actually amazing...before, she always made fun of how i ate but now she doesn't...she wants to try what i make and its great...kayrn did all that...and she really does look amazing...she's slimmer than i am and wayyy younger than 60...at the rate she's going, she could be almost immortal

That show is how I found about about the RAW lifestyle. I have gone to her restuarant several times and I have met her and talked to her she is great. I LOVE HER DEEP DISH PIZZA it tastes just like real pizza and smells like a real pizza when ever I bring it to work everyone wants to try it and everyone who has is amazed its raw. I also like her banana pudding and summer soup. I also love her Cescar salad dressing. She doesn't put the ingredients on this one so I can't even try to make it.
