I got a new health/recipe book from a friend over the weekend and it came at the perfect time. Right as I was going to begin a new challenge. It has come in handy. It had a recipe in there called Flipped spinach and it was just sooo good. My 4 year old could not get enough of it! LOL
I have some left over for tomorrow and can't wait to have it for lunch!
Pam
Ummm, well since I was not expecting such a large response to wanting this recipe, yes I will post it rather them email everone! LOL Will save me tons of time!
It is from The Hallelujah Diet by George Malkmus with Peter and Stowe Shockey

So, RT yes it is a recipe from Graff....I didn't quite read the title of the book you mentioned, but just remembered the last name.

Spectatrix, email me and I will email you the recipe. I almost posted it but not so sure if it's ok to do that on the board since it's not f/ Alissa's book.
Karenisraw, I'll email you the recipe. It is actually Flipping spinach. I got the title wrong! LOL

This sounds so familiar -- I think it's from the Graff's recipe book for kids. BTW, it's Alissa's recipes that aren't okay to post here (unless she gives permission) -- since we should all buy her book rather than give away the recipes for free. Others are okay.

Would you please post the recipe here? There are no rules against posting recipes that are not Alissa's here. In fact, the opposite is true. Do not post hers without her permission, but you can post others..
Thanks

I've been making the same thing with Kale or Collards (avocado too) for hundreds of years.
Adding nuts is a great thing too! I love this recipe.

I made this for my lunch today and it is GOOD! I stumped my tow or soemthing while adding the salt because it is VERY salty. I shall measure next time. :o
Great recipe. I think it will go great with my mashed "potatoes" and gravy recipe tonight.
