what nut can is ubstitute for cashews for making ranch and caesar dressing that will taste similar (aside from macadamias theyre expensive)

Cahews are the only sweet nut I know, but pine nuts are a little sweet too, and filberts too.

pinenuts if soaked would resemble cashews, although they are also highly expensive, what about coconut or sunflower seeds?
