Miso

Does anyone know an online wed site that I can order Miso from. I found a couple but they don't say raw, and one sites had some flour in it, which maybe this is normal I'm not at all familiar with miso. Thanks a bunch. ;)

Alice, you should be able to buy miso at any health food store. Miso is technically not raw. They cook the soybeans, barley, rice or whatever they are making it out of and then at the end, add "living foods". If you are not familiar with miso, it can be pretty salty.

Thanks Tracy. They don't carry it at my health food store, I live in a small town and we have only 1 and they carry mostly pills. I tried to get them to order me raw nuts but they say they can't get them. So I have to purchase my items online. :o
