Sweet Potatoe Chips

I can't find any organic sweet potatoes. Is it okay to just use conventional sweet potatoes for the chips or should I wait until some organic ones turn up somewhere?

Regular potatoes tend to be fairly contaminated with pesticides -- probably the same for sweet potatoes. It's totally up to you, though. If you do use conventional sweet potatoes, just be sure to wash them well and peel them.
