My church couples group is going on a "retreat" where I will be camping. I would like to be in the middle of a 21 day fast during this time. Should I just stick to water, or could I prepare juice and put it in a container to take with me??? I know this may not be optimal....but would it be better than nothing...maybe I could take alot of oranges and "hand" juice them? What would ya'll suggest??
