this is based on an idea by elaine bruce. these are so crisp and taste just like brandy snaps..i am thinking they would be nice with hard raw choc on the top
1 cup dry buckwheat sprouted
1 cup soaked sultanas
inch ginger
some of the soak water
blend to smoothe.
spoon dollaps onto dehydrator and dry until crisp.
i have also added half cup cacoa powder half cup carob to the mix as a choc ginger biscuit.
yummy.
