Now....

I'd love to just eat raw and natural and whole, but I have come to accept the fact that the produce I can get is not wild and that my body needs to build up and get 100% after most of my life not eating raw and optimal.

As it is I take raw vegan B12 and i'm thinking of taking vit D inthe winter too.
I'm also taking systemic enzymes.

I would love to hear what supplememnts/extras you all take if any, and why and how they help or helped you.

Thing is, I feel like maybe supergreens would help me out, I feel like I may be deficient in B vits a bit and also I reckon I need 'remineralising' and also my reproductive system doesn't function so well so there's that too which i'm thinking of taking maca for..

What do you guys use/recommend for general remineralisation and getting the body back up to 100% (not deficient)?

I take the systemic enzymes. I have had major digestive problems and Alissa recommended them. Later my doctor did I was thrilled I was already on them. I am trying Shapeshift (see Alissa's sight.) I'll let you know what I think of that, too.

Thank you both!

Great to hear you are doing well on the enymes Kristi! I've only had them a week so far.

Marigold what green powder do you buy?

I've been checking up on B vitamins, I CAN get them all on raw and vegan, pheeeeeeeeeeew, it seems brewers/nutritional yeast is great for B vits... anyone know if this stuff's ok? Or is it a candida feeder???

I take a lot of supplements - but I see myself still in recovery from some major illness. I would like to be off of all supplements. I don't do well with greens (a lot of them have spirulina in them and I react badly to the iodine).

I struggle with anemia, so I take a natural iron citrate, all the B's (including 12), high doses of C, sterols and sterolins (for immune system), adrenal supports, folic acid, calcium and Vit D, probotics, selenium and copper . I'm staying away from the Omega oils right now.

I have candida and I react to brewers yeast and engivata yeast (yet I crave them....).

Within a year, I'd like to be off of them all!

Lil thank you, that's great, I am in that space too where I want to get all zingy and 100% then get off them ideally, tho I would keep B12 for sure.

I read that brewers yeast is dead so doesn't react with candida - I was dubious and your experience is valuable there, thank you!

Spirulina gave me a stomache ache both times I tried it.
