Love your website! Do you soak the cashews and macadamias when you make the herbed cheese spread?

I'm not maraw, but cashews should be soaked, but not macademias just as a rule of thumb.

why should mac not be soaked? i thought all nuts should be soaked.

Thanks for the kind words and for reminding me to update that page. I had forgotten to mention the soaking part when I uploaded that page. Yes, I soak the cashews in order to soften them, but only for about 30 minutes or so.
