What are the results of soaking WHEATGRASS seeds longer??

Someone said they did that to get bigger seeds and more wheatgrass. Would there be any negative consequences to soaking 18 or 24 hours instead of 12? :confused:

If you soak them too long they won't sprout as well and the wheatgrass won't taste as good.
