How I envy you. I'll just comfort myself with buying quart jars to grow my sprouts. My worry is that I once killed a cactus through neglect. Then again, it wasn't my dinner. I never forget dinner. Still, I wonder if strange moldy beasties will growl into the night from my jars if I don't rinse my sprouts regularly.
Someday, I too, will kiss my very own Vita-mix goodnight before bed. I'll promise it fresh carrots in the morning and quality time with broccoli. Have fun! :)

Best advice -- buy Alissa's book and DVD. It's proven the most successful in getting us raw and keeping us there.
