BBQ "Sandwich"

I made Auntie L's BBQ Squares in 2 different thicknesses. For dinner, I cut a large square from the thickest part. I topped it with onion and tomato slices.

Wow was it good! Like having an opened-face BBQ hamburger. I have been craving BBQ ribs and this completely satisfied my craving.
