This is my version of the tortilla soup recipe from the Vita Mix cookbook. It is so tasty and filling!
3 cups water
1 tomato
1 carrot
1 rib celery
1 thin slice of onion
1 garlic clove, peeled
1/2 avocado
1 thin slice red bell pepper
1 thin slice cabbage
1 tsp veggie boillion or Better than Buillion
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tablespoon natural spice seasoning or Mrs Dash
Place all ingredients in VitaMiix and blend on high for 3 minutes, then add:
1/4 cup black olives (i have raw ones)
1/4 cup fresh or frozen corn
1/4 jaepeno
handful of cilantro
1 cup Alissa's tortilla chips (crunchy) ..optional
blend on variable #2 for 10-15 seconds
Enjoy!

Is bouillon raw? I was under the impression that it wasn't...

I don't know if boullion is raw, so you can leave that out maybe and up some of the other spices. But for that matter, how are we sure that all spices are raw? When it comes to an a spice ingredient that is less than 5% of the recipe, I don't worry about it. But you could leave it out to be 100% certain :)

You will love this soup. My family didn't believe me that it was raw. Pretty spicy , though. Watch that jalepeno!

***The bullion cube, I don't use it as it is not raw, substitute like Habarme seasoning? and I check for flavors at the end. it needs more salty taste add pinch salt, add little soy add one more galic clove if using, add one more jalapeno. etc. for this recipe I used a pinch of 'Mexican Spice" blend. It's dry flakes with dried jalapeno!
So no don't run off and buy bullion cubes. Joz
