I need some input.
I am ready to retire my Sampson 6 in 1 Juicer. I was planning on replacing it with a Champion Commercial Juicer and a Wheateena Red Label. One for regular juicing one specifically for Wheatgrass (I haven't been happy with the Sampson for wheatgrass - alway wrapping around the auger, plus I have to run the pulp through twice and I have a crack in the screen disc from juicing wheatgrass on a regular basis)
Anyway, here is my questions/delima the people called who are building the wheateena. I told them what I was doing and she informed me that a Champion would kill the enzymes because it pulls oxygen into it and works at a highter speed. Anyone ever here of this. Am I making a wrong choice here. Almost every raw cookbook suggests using a champion.
Please give me some feedback.
Thanks,
Mindi
