Hi,

I have been BLESSED to be 100% raw for over 2 months now. I was thinking last evening as I was getting my almonds out to soak....Are the almonds REAALY raw b/c I am not sure how they are extracted. This may seem like a dumb ??? but I wonder if they use high heat to extract the nuts?? Does anyone know?? If so, is there a brand that does not??

Just curious... because I do not want to drive myself crazy now thinking I am not 100% raw.

Thanks in advance~~

I buy bulk almonds and they say raw on the bin. Look on the package and see what it says.

They say RAW but not how they were extracted...I prob. have to call the company....

When the bin says "Raw" that just means not roasted, not salted. But I was wondering that same thing myself... if they have to heat the shells to get them out, or if they're pasteurized...?
