Banana chocolate creme desert

I saw a picture of a really yummy desert and I don't remember if I saw it on here or one of the other raw sites, like sad to raw, or the one that has Alissa's videos.

When I saw it I made a note to come back but now I forgot where it is.

It was some sort of desert and I think it was like a chocolate/banana moose with "raw" whipped cream and it was in one of those desert dishes that sorta looks like a wide wine glass. I'm almost positive that that's what the picture looked like because that's what grabbed my attention in the first place.


Does this sound familiar to anyone? I tried searching for it under the banana but had no luck. It really looked good and I want to make it, anyone wanna guess where I saw it?

Try this:
Blend one avocado with carob powder and your preference of sweetner (agave nectar, etc.) You could also throw in a fresh or frozen banana. The avocado gives it the "moussy" texture.

For the "whipped cream" blend some macademia nuts or cashews with soaked dates!
