I have these mini heart shaped tart pans....

What would you do with them. They are about 6 inches big all around. They are white and made out of ceramic. I bought them but don't know what to do with them.

I was thinking mini fruit tarts or a crust with a pudding filling. Any ideas?

Oh, they sound very cute, I would make almond and date crust, and put banana date pudding in them, then sprinkle the tops with dried apple and dates and nuts. mmmmmmmm


or make mini cheesecakes out of them, or

anything you like,

humm, banana date puddding?

2 bananas
4 medjool dates (pitted, not soaked)
blend in food processor until well blended

pour into crust, sprinkle with chopped dates and nuts


pie crust

1/2 cup almonds (soaked and dehydrated to crisp)
1/2 cup dates (pitted not soaked)

blend in food processor, until crumbly

take crust and smoosh into little heart shaped bowls bringin up the side to form a pie crust.

fill with pudding mixture.

Or you can fill with my chocolate mouse recipe. YUMMY!!!
