Hello Everyone....

I am getting back into raw foods after some time away..and stumbled across this board. I have been posting on the Rawfood.com site, but find that the recipe board there does not get much traffic. I very much enjoy trying new recipes and also sharing recipes for my most successful Raw experiments. I am looking forward to getting to know you all..... :o

There are some wonderful recipe on Michelle's from SAD to RAW site. I don't think anyone has even made a recipe they didn't like on there! A lot of them have pictures too. Here's the link. www.fromsadtoraw.com

I have lived in Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee,and Kansas...and have been in Illinois for about 9 years. I have visited Colorado though :D It is funny that I look familiar to yoy..when I saw your pictures you seemed familiar somehow...although I don't think we have ever met...I don't know how to explain it....


I received the results of my bodyfat "test" from the flabfighters site..I will post it on the other thread..
