My family and I have been eating this sorbet twice a day all week...

2 oranges
2 tablespoons agave nectar or honey
3 1/2 cups ice

peel oranges but leave on as much as the white pith as possible, cut into quarters. put all ingredients in a Vita Mix and use the tamper to push ice and oranges down. Start on variable low, then quickly switch to high, using tamper, for about 30 seconds. Thats it! I like to add a little agave nectar on top after it's done as well, like a refreshing orange sundae.

Enjoy!

Does it freeze well? I'd like to freeze it in small containers for convenience.
I'm always on the go!

I have not frozen it yet, but I would assume that it would freeze really well and then be like a popsicle.

Oh, one more thing, peeling the oranges with a small, sharp knife works the best. Instead of using your fingers.

I'm definitely going to try this! Might even take my vitamix to the next potluck and whip up dessert for everyone right there! Sounds so simple.

Thanks for the post!!!
