Juice fast

I started a juice/fruit fast today. I am so excited about this. I am going to try my hardest to do this. My kids are actually asking lots of questions and they want to try everything I juice. Ages 6 and 3. Now I have to go find more juice recipes.

Good luck with your fast! How long are you going to do it? I've been thinking about trying a fast. We've got way too much food in the house for me to do it right now... but by next week I'm thinking about trying the master cleanse. Not positive though. Let us know how your fast goes!

Congrats on the kids wanting to learn too.. keep that going for sure. Keep us posted on your fast? I never can seem to get past noon when I try... wondering if it is more mind over matter kind of thing.... :confused:

I am really unsure how fasting works.. guess I need to read these many threads.. Now would be a great time for me to get on one...as there is not much food in the house ..again... sooooooo can't wait til these bills get caught back up. Will have to work during this so I suppose a juice fast is better for me.. suggestions?? Should I do veggie juice or a fruit juice or would it matter?
