I eat them. Lots of folk have a fear of aflatoxin. Funny thing is, if one googles aflatoxin there are other things that tend to have it as much as peanuts.

I bought some raw peanuts lately and I've soaked them over night and have been making peanut milk - ahhh it taste so good :D
I'll use 2 cups of spring water and 1 cup of soaked raw peanuts and 1 banana and some cinnamon and nut meg and either raw honey or organic sugar as a sweetner - put it in the blender on high. very tasty :D
