I've just been eating the same types of raw food over and over again. Oranges, bananas, iceberg lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, and a little bit more.

I don't really feel like I've been eating a "wide range" of different fruits and veggies and I not sure if I'm missing out on any nutrients. I'm pretty content w/ what I'm eating right now, just concerned about the nutrients I might be missing out on.

My question is how much variety do you have in your raw food diet?

I have a few base items that I buy every time I buy groceries...spinach, baby greens, bell peppers, carrots, celery, onions, avo, apples, bananas, grapes, etc. Occassionally I'll make a recipe like flax crackers or cookies or raw muffins. Once in a while I'll make a nut dish like noasted turkey and that wonderful dressing recipe in Alissa's book. But I eat a lot of the same thing most of the time. I think when your body needs something different, it will lead you to the thing you need. I've literally gone to the grocery store and bought up multiple coconuts or heads of cauliflower when they weren't even on my mind let alone my grocery list just becuase I got in front of them and my body when nuts for them.

When you start needing something else, your body will let you know.

I have to agree with Katrina. When I first got pregnant with this baby, all I wanted was oranges. That is it. I didn't know I was pregnant yet, but it is all I ate for about three weeks. Then I went on a celery and spinach kick.. mixed with other things but again, I was craving it bad. I have felt the changes in desire stronger since being pregnant, but it was there before as well. Avo's one day and none the next. Probably it is okay to eat the same, if you are happy with it, you feel well and you are being intuitive to your body.
