OK. I actually like this better than ranch dressing!

First, make Alissa's recipe for onion dip. Then thin it with some water to dressing consistency. Add some chopped parsley (to your taste), some black pepper, salt (if needed), about a tsp of garlic powder (or fresh garlic), a couple of pinches of thyme.

This is a yummy dressing. I am thinking of making Alissa's mashed potatoes and put this dressing on it instead of the mushroom gravy to have that "baked potato" taste. I'll let you know how it goes. But the dressing is a winner!

Yes, I've done this for dressing also, though doing half mac and half pine nuts and also adding some cayenne pepper or throw in a little red Thai pepper. It's great.

Oh yes! I forgot to mention cayenne. I put it in everything. Well, not the desserts.

I also add a splash of paprika. :)

Gotta love the banana search. ;)

I have been seriously missing ranch dressing, and have not found a raw salad dressing that I can totally love yet. :(

I'm going to try these suggestions, thank you... Will let you know how it goes...
