I am looking to see what tool I should buy. My choices are the Vita mix, a Green Star or Champion juicer, or just a Cuisinart. I am specifically looking for something that would grind sprouted grains well. My current food processor doesn't do well with them. It does only okay on nut cheese.

et , cant say on grinding sprouted grains , but between a blender or juicer my opinion is that you can use a blender to juice anything by putting in a cup or more of water then your produce and blending into a slush then straining a few times . plus a blender is easier to clean than a juicer in my experience . and if you get a cuisinart be aware that bed bath and beyond mails out coupons every month or so for 20 % off anything they sell and they sell a nice cuisi for $100 thusly making it $80 . and theres a small appliance expert , shivananda , that post here whom rates cuisi's a quality appliance .
