Wow, that's probably the most positive article I've seen in the mainstream press about raw. . . in other words, they didn't trot any experts out to talk about lack of protein, calcium etc. One thing that was funny in the video was when the reporter talked about the chef rolling a falafel in kale leaves, he was actually rolling it in a collard!!!

The food looked delicious.

Seasiren thanks for bringing this to the board! I had a rehearsal with my acting scene partner Friday and she mentioned it to me because she knew I was raw. They showed it Friday morning and I missed it. Saturday afternoon a friend invited me to eat with her and her Aunt at Cousins. The chef Mehmet Ak was there and he showed the feature while we were there!

Swingbolder that was too funny about the kale/collard green! LOL And yes my dear the food is wonderful! I usually find a good excuse to go to Cousins!
